Hailing from the fogs of Santa Cruz, California, Stridah has been very busy the past few years. As the resident DJ and booking agent for the Bay Area production group NEXUS, as well as the operating sound tech and engineer for the now legendary NEXUS Funktion-1 sound system, he has witnessed many changes come and go to the landscape of Electronic Music. Producing music secretly out of the collective studio not-so-known-as ACKlabs and performing live hardware acid house / teshno in the group Antacid with colleague Mark Pauley, Stridah is inspired by both the greater world of the plant communities of the redwood forests and the technological stupidity that is occurring on our planet to relay the emissions of the datacloud to which we owe our standards of existence.
