#CMKY2015: Full Schedule & Showcase Ticketing Info Now Available

Posted: March 13, 2015

We are pleased to share our full schedule for the 2015 edition of Communikey Festival, scheduled to take place April 16th – 19th in Boulder, Colorado.

This year’s theme – Inner Space // Outer Space – is dedicated to the noetic notion that the true final frontier actually rests within ourselves. To this end, the CMKY 2015 festival program aims to instigate a laboratory for the mind that urges participants to draw connections between seemingly disparate genres and styles, examining the points where the internal and external create and reinforce one another.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond control, Pierre Bastien was forced to cancel his North American tour. While we are saddened to lose him from the program, it allows us the opportunity to feature longtime Communikey affiliates and Boulder legends Normal Ones as part of the CMKY 2015 line-up. They are hard at work preparing a brand new, exclusive audiovisual set which is sure to stun during our Saturday evening programming.

Without further ado, we present the complete CMKY 2015 program:

Our workshop series takes a new angle this year with a focus on the Maker movement. Creative technologists Jen Lewin and Alicia Gibb lead kid and adult friendly workshops at The Studio (Boulder). Individual workshop tickets are available, as well. Seating for those sessions is limited and require an RSVP to workshops@communikey.us.

The free-to-the-public Boutique series returns to our Headquarters at eTown Hall this year. These sessions feature local stalwart DJs ranging from ambient drone zones to deep house, including Deep Club’s Ponyrok and Communikey’s own Radere. Boutique DJs play along side our Festival Information Station and a pop-up record shop provided by Denver’s Love Vinyl Records.
